GRX Holdings LLC, based in West Des Moines, Iowa, seeks a Director of Operations to oversee Medicap Pharmacy stores statewide. The role requires an active pharmacist license and leadership over multiple locations to improve patient outcomes, compliance, and profitability.

The Director will coach pharmacy managers, ensure staffing coverage, and drive standardized processes across the network while collaborating with senior leadership on strategic initiatives and growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• Active pharmacist license in good standing (Iowa).
• Pharm.D. or BS in Pharmacy from an accredited college.
• 5 years in pharmacy operations leadership focusing on process improvement.
• Current immunization certification and CPR.

Responsabilidades

• Drive execution and hold pharmacy managers to defined operational goals and KPIs.
• Provide pharmacist coverage at locations during staffing shortages or leaves.
• Coordinate float pharmacist scheduling and coverage planning.
• Assess operations to identify improvements and boost efficiency and patient safety.
• Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen.
• Develop and implement SOPs to standardize workflows.
• Ensure compliance with DEA, CMS, HIPAA and board of pharmacy standards.
• Mentor pharmacists and technicians for leadership and succession.
