Qualifications

Proven track record of sales excellence and relationship building.
4-year College Degree or related and equivalent experience.
4+ years B2B field sales experience in the pharmacy or pharmacy adjacent healthcare space.
Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
High level verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Achieve and exceed annual territory sales targets.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans involving Health Mart stakeholders and pharmacy owners.
Collaborate with McKesson departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Develop strategic relationships within McKesson and Health Mart organizations.
Manage sales funnel, forecast within territory.
Collaborate with Leadership and Product Development on market trends and needs.
Perform other sales and company activities as directed.
Travel frequently to support industry events and customers.
