Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree from an accredited school.
• Current license in good standing in the state(s) where practicing.
• Current immunizing pharmacist certification.
• Criminal background check and drug testing completed as required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Managers and associates managing pharmacy operations.
• Oversee professional and business operations within the pharmacy department.
• Identify store level sales and marketing opportunities with Store Manager.
• Supervise duties and responsibilities of all pharmacy associates.
• Ensure adequate staffing and training of pharmacy personnel.
• Follow Company policies and Pharmacy Standard Practice Manual.
• Perform immunizations per Company standards and expectations.
• Maintain neat, groomed appearance to comply with policy.
• Maintain solid communication within department and organization.
• Work within MPP guidelines to maintain productivity.
• Support Company safety standards and report repairs or hazards.
