Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree from an accredited school.
• Current license in good standing to practice in NH.
• Active immunizing pharmacist certification.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work a flexible retail schedule.
• Knowledge of state and federal pharmacy laws.

Responsibilities

• Partner with store managers and associates to run the pharmacy department.
• Oversee professional and business operations within the pharmacy.
• Identify store-level sales and marketing opportunities with the Store Manager.
• Supervise duties and responsibilities of all pharmacy staff.
• Ensure adequate staffing and training of pharmacy personnel.
• Observe company policies and Pharmacy Standard Practice Manual.
• Perform immunizations per company standards.
• Maintain professional appearance and effective communication within the department.
• Work within MPP guidelines to maintain productivity.
• Support safety standards and report equipment repairs.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area free of hazards.
