Hannaford Supermarkets is hiring a Pharmacist to lead the in-store pharmacy operations at Store 08315 in Rochester, NH. The role involves supervising pharmacy staff, ensuring compliance with pharmacy laws, and delivering professional customer service in a retail setting.

You will perform immunizations, manage staffing and training, and collaborate with store management to identify market opportunities while upholding safety and company standards.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Current license in good standing in the state(s) in which to practice.
• Current and active immunizing pharmacist certification.
• Complete knowledge of state and Federal laws pertaining to pharmacy practices.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Store Managers and other associates.
• Responsible for professional and business operations within the pharmacy department.
• Identify store level sales and marketing opportunities with the Store Manager.
• Supervise the performance of duties and responsibilities of all pharmacy associates.
• Ensure adequate staffing and training of pharmacy personnel.
• Observe and adhere to all Company policies and the Pharmacy Standard Practice Manual.
• Perform immunizations according to Company's Standard Practice and expectations
• Maintain a neat, well-groomed personal appearance and professional communication within the department.
