Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Current license in good standing in the state(s) in which to practice.
• Current and active immunizing pharmacist certification.
• Knowledge of state and Federal laws pertaining to pharmacy practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with customers and professionals.
• Willingness to work a flexible retail schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and direct associates.
• Commitment to integrity, confidentiality, Medicare/Medicaid prescriptions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Managers and associates to operate the pharmacy.
• Oversee professional and business operations within the pharmacy department.
• Identify store-level sales and marketing opportunities with the Store Manager.
• Supervise duties and responsibilities of all pharmacy staff.
• Ensure staffing and training of pharmacy personnel.
• Adhere to Company policies and the Pharmacy Standard Practice Manual.
• Perform immunizations per Company standards and expectations.
• Maintain clear communication within the department and organization.
