Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a Regional Perishable Operations Manager to oversee a network of clubs across the Mid-Atlantic, driving merchandising execution, profitability, and operational excellence.

You will analyze data to optimize product flows, train Club Managers and Fresh/Meat Managers, and collaborate with Sr Director of Perishables, CSC, and DC Operations to align on strategic objectives while traveling to multiple clubs each week.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Proficient in BJ's IS, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
• Previous experience in perishable goods merchandising and operations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee merchandising programs, marketing campaigns, and product flows across club locations.
• Maintain consistent quality, ordering, training, and production standards across regional and club teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve club execution and drive chain-wide consistency.
• Achieve regional sales and profitability plans by leveraging data and analytics.
• Collaborate with clubs, regional teams, and Merchandising to analyze sales and merchandising data.
