Save-A-Lot, Ltd. in the United States is seeking a Regional Partner Perishable to guide and train Retail Partner Store Managers and perishable staff across Western NY & PA and Eastern OH, with deep knowledge of meat and produce operations.

The role emphasizes perishable performance analysis, developing plans to improve sales and profitability, and ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards. Significant travel and hands-on leadership are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Strong meat operations experience including hands-on meat cutting.
• Knowledge of retail produce operations preferred.
• Ability to influence others and collaborate to achieve results.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides guidance and training to store management and staff on perishable operations.
• Focuses on meat cutting and merchandising training to maximize sales and profitability.
• Utilizes company training programs to establish best practices.
• Meets regularly with regional leadership to ensure action plans and metrics are met.
• Ensures compliance with all City, State and Federal requirements.
• Assists Retail Partners in setting meat and produce departments during remodels or openings.
• Completes special projects and routine paperwork accurately and on time.
