Job summary

Kunes Auto & RV Group is seeking a Regional Performance Marketing Manager to own the day-to-day performance of digital and retail marketing across a multi-location dealer portfolio. This role focuses on paid media, lead generation, analytics, local execution and ROI, with travel to dealerships as needed.

Remote, field-based role serving markets in Illinois, Wisconsin and Minnesota, with regular travel to Delavan, WI and other locations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, retail marketing or paid media.
• Experience managing or evaluating Google Ads, paid social, display or other digital advertising campaigns.
• Demonstrated experience analyzing marketing KPIs and making recommendations based on performance.
• Experience managing meaningful marketing budgets.
• Strong Excel, reporting and dashboard skills.
• Ability to work directly with operational leaders and explain marketing performance in practical business terms.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple locations, campaigns, priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Monitor day-to-day performance of paid media across search, social, display and retargeting.
• Evaluate campaigns and adjust spend, targeting, messaging or channel mix.
• Collaborate with centralized marketing teams to optimize investments and ROI.
