Kunes Auto & RV Group is seeking a Regional Performance Marketing Manager to own digital and retail marketing across a portfolio of dealership locations. This role focuses on paid media, lead generation, analytics and ROI, not brand marketing.

Based in or near listed markets, this remote field-based position requires travel to dealerships regionally and occasional trips to Delavan, WI, with collaboration across corporate marketing and agencies.

Qualifications

• Experience in regional or multi-location retail marketing preferred.
• Strong understanding of paid digital media and ROI.
• Ability to analyze marketing data and translate into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day performance of digital and retail marketing across dealer locations.
• Monitor campaigns across paid search, paid social, display and local channels.
• Collaborate with GMs, sales leaders and corporate teams to drive store-level results.
• Track KPIs such as lead volume, traffic, conversions and ROI and adjust spend.
