Apex Service Partners seeks an experienced Marketing Manager to lead regional initiatives in the Los Angeles area. You will drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth by blending traditional and digital channels, collaborating with regional leaders, and ensuring campaigns align with budgets and business objectives.

The role requires hands-on, data-driven leadership with strong analytics, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Proven experience in a marketing management role overseeing traditional and digital channels.
• Advanced analytical and reporting skills (Excel required; BI tools a plus).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional marketing strategies across traditional and digital channels.
• Align marketing initiatives with operational capacity, demand generation, and business objectives.
• Manage integrated marketing campaigns to support lead generation and sales growth.
• Oversee advertising initiatives, campaign tracking, and reporting accuracy.
• Coordinate development and use of marketing assets across print, broadcast, and digital collateral.
• Support local sponsorships, community involvement, and employer branding efforts.
• Monitor online reputation across major review platforms.
• Optimize digital marketing channels including paid search, SEO, local service advertising, etc.
• Lead regional marketing meetings and provide performance insights to leadership.
