Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of progressive HR experience in a fast-scaling, high-growth environment.
• Experience in healthcare, clinical research, medtech, life sciences, or related industries preferred.
• Experience supporting a distributed, multi-site network domestically and globally.
• Strong business acumen linking HR strategy to financial and operational outcomes.
• Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
• Expertise in organizational design, change management, and talent strategy.
• Data-driven mindset with comfort using analytics to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to department and site leaders on organizational strategy and workforce planning.
• Translate business priorities into actionable HR strategies to enable growth and scalability.
• Lead workforce planning and succession planning with TA to prepare for increased scope.
• Drive talent management and performance processes aligned with a high-performance culture.
• Guide leaders through change management, culture initiatives, and integration efforts during growth and M&A.
