Iterative Health, headquarter locations in Cambridge, NY, and New York, is seeking a Regional People Business Partner to partner with leaders across corporate and site-based teams. The role focuses on organizational effectiveness, change management, talent development and integration in a fast-growing healthcare services environment.

The role is hybrid and can be based in Southlake, TX, NYC or Cambridge, with Southlake as the preferred location.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience in healthcare, clinical research or life sciences preferred.
• Experience supporting a distributed multi-site network domestically and globally.

Responsabilités

• Serve as trusted advisor to leaders on organizational strategy, workforce planning and employee relations issues.
• Drive talent and performance management processes across the enterprise.
• Lead change management efforts to support growth and alignment with strategic priorities.
• Coach leaders to develop high-performing teams and address performance issues early.
• Partner with People COE on due diligence and integration during M&A and post-acquisition work.
• Execute HR programs to attract, develop and retain talent.
