Job summary

3M HEALTHCARE seeks a Regional People Practices Leader to represent People Practices within the Southwest region. You will lead a team of PP Advisors/Partners and align the function with business and regional goals, driving talent acquisition, learning, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.

Based onsite in the region (San Diego, Newport Beach, Phoenix, or Pasadena), you will steward culture, succession planning, and performance processes while partnering with regional leadership and COE

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field (preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive experience across HR domains including Employee Relations and Total Rewards.
• PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP preferred; ongoing professional development expected.
• ICF Coaching Certification (plus) and construction industry experience (plus).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of PP Advisors/Partners across the region.
• Align the PP team with business objectives and enhance performance.
• Represent People Practices to regional leaders and managers.
• Oversee talent acquisition, learning, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
