Job summary

Savers Value Village is seeking a Regional People Services Manager for the Western US to drive talent and performance strategies across multiple stores. You will partner with regional leaders to grow leadership capacity, recruit top talent, and optimize training and engagement across the region.

The role requires 7+ years in HR across multi-location organizations, a business/HR degree, and the ability to influence at all levels while delivering measurable results.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree in Business, Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in Human Resources roles within multi-location organizations.
• Strong metrics focus and passion for HR as a strategic partner.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic road maps for bench-building and financial results.
• Build a strategic pipeline of store management candidates.
• Oversee talent and performance management, training and engagement.
• Coordinate recruiting, selection and cost-effective staffing plans.
• Monitor training plans, execution and outcomes.
