Job summary

Exemplar Luxury Group is seeking a Regional Director, People Business Partner to shape the people strategy for the West Region stores. You will partner with regional leadership to drive HR initiatives across lifecycle stages, coaching executives and aligning with business goals.

The role emphasizes inclusive culture, data-driven decision making, and cross-team collaboration with compensation, legal, and people operations. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree in HR (or related field) or commensurate experience.
• 10+ years HR experience, multi-unit exposure, with knowledge of legal/regulatory requirements.
• Experience coaching and advising senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the regional people strategy for the West Region stores.
• Coach executives and partner with VP People and store leadership.
• Use people analytics and KPIs to drive regional HR initiatives.
• Collaborate with compensation, benefits, legal, and HR tech to roll out initiatives.
• Ensure training and development programs, including onboarding and service behavior.
