Job summary

Savers is seeking a Regional People Services Manager based in the Western US for a remote position, preferably in California or Washington. You will strategically partner with the Regional Director to enhance organizational capabilities and optimize performance through effective talent management.

The ideal candidate has over 7 years of HR experience in multi-location businesses and will drive engagement and build the leadership pipeline while embodying the company values.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Human Resources roles in multi-location organizations.
• A consistent track record of delivering key metrics.
• Ability to connect with diverse backgrounds and experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of strategic road maps for talent management.
• Drive results in building a strategic internal pipeline of candidates.
• Guide management's assessment of leadership talent.
• Conduct training using effective techniques and monitor outcomes.
• Partner with team member relations to resolve workplace issues.
