Qualifications

• 1 year minimum experience supporting a tech-driven, highly transformative environment.
• 5 years in HR operational excellence, COE, or HRBP roles in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
• Ability to advise managers and employees on performance, attendance, disability issues, investigations and terminations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HR expert for US and Canada.
• Provide consultation to managers and employees on performance, attendance issues, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
• Oversee resolution of employee concerns to mitigate legal exposure and maintain a positive work environment.
• Advise People Team leaders and business leaders in US/Canada leveraging experience and business acumen.
• Create/update US/Canada policies with COE teams across People.
• Maintain strong relationships across multi-function partners and cross-functional teams.
• Lead a small regional team.
