Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of progressive HR experience in a fast-scaling, high-growth environment.
• Experience in healthcare, clinical research, medtech, life sciences, or related industries strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting a highly distributed, multi-site location network domestically and globally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to leaders, providing guidance on organizational strategy, workforce planning, employee relations, and talent implications of business decisions.
• Translate business priorities into HR strategies that drive growth, scalability, and operational excellence.
• Develop deep understanding of IH units, financial drivers, and market dynamics to shape people initiatives.
• Coordinate with People COE to align HR service delivery with business priorities.
• Lead workforce planning and succession bench planning with TA for promotion readiness.
• Drive talent and performance management processes to reinforce accountability and high standards.
• Coach leaders to engage and lead high-performing teams and address performance issues early.
• Lead change management across growing teams and structures to ensure alignment with priorities.
• Champion a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Support organizational design, integration during pre/post-acquisition processes.
