Job summary

Iterative Health, a healthcare technology and services company, seeks a Regional People Business Partner to partner with leaders across corporate functions and site teams. This hybrid role supports growth, scalability and performance in a high-growth environment, with a focus on organizational design, leadership development, and integration during growth and M&A.

The role is based in a hybrid setting (Southlake, TX, NYC, or Cambridge) with Cambridge as a preferred location.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of progressive HR experience in fast-scaling, high-growth environments.
• Experience in healthcare, clinical research, medtech, life sciences, or related industries preferred.
• Experience supporting a distributed multi-site network domestically and globally.
• Data-driven, analytical mindset with ability to link HR strategy to business outcomes.
• Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and managing competing priorities.
• Builder mindset with ability to pilot programs before scaling.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor and coach to department and site leaders, translating priorities into HR strategies.
• Drive talent and performance management, succession planning and retention initiatives using data insights.
• Lead change management and foster culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Provide expert coaching on employee relations, leadership effectiveness and team dynamics.
• Partner with internal stakeholders on due diligence, integration planning and post-acquisition alignment.
• Deliver HR transformation initiatives to attract, develop and retain top talent.
