Job summary

Stord is seeking a People Administrator to manage FTE and contingent hourly labor across the Region, ensuring accurate attendance, proactive workforce planning, and compliant labor delivery in partnership with Ops, HR, and staffing partners.

The ideal candidate has HR and staffing foundation, knowledge of co-employment laws, strong organization, and excellent communication, with experience in HRIS/VMS tools like Workday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years in fast-paced, customer-oriented environments.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and discretion.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Experience with data entry, auditing, and timekeeping systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor FTE and contingent labor across the Region to align staffing with volume and SLA targets.
• Collaborate with staffing vendors and MSPs to review performance and compliance; develop corrective actions.
• Maintain regional demand tracking tools and dashboards for leadership decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with state and local employment regulations; manage timekeeping audits and payroll-related tasks.
