Job summary

Stord seeks an on-site HR Coordinator in Atlanta to partner with the warehouse operations team and deliver a positive employee experience. You will be the main HR contact, handle attendance, benefits questions, investigations, and corrective actions, and help implement consistent culture.

You will develop SOPs, analyze people data for trends, support engagement activities, and collaborate with the 1P People team to balance efficiency with employee programs.

Qualifications

• Serve as the primary HR contact for all HR-related matters in the warehouse.
• Collaborate with management on corrective actions, investigations, escalations, time and attendance requests, and benefits questions.
• Provide daily/weekly attendance reports to operations leadership, tracking UPT, PTO, callouts, and general attendance compliance.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for people programs and processes to ensure legal compliance and industry consistency.
• Advocate for employees while empowering them and their managers to self-advocate.

This role involves advocating for employees, partnering with warehouse leadership, and ensuring the implementation of a consistent Stord culture.
