Job summary

Stord is The Consumer Experience Company, powering seamless checkout through delivery for today’s leading brands. The HR Coordinator will serve as the essential HR point of contact for the warehouse, partnering with local operations to foster a positive employee experience and uphold a consistent Stord culture.

This onsite role runs Monday–Friday with a rotating shift from 6:00am to 4:30pm and some weekends during peak seasons, supporting attendance, benefits, investigations, and engagement

• Solid knowledge of HR fundamentals and policy enforcement.
• Ability to partner with management and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR contact for warehouse-related matters.
• Collaborate with management on corrective actions, investigations, escalations, and benefits.
• Provide attendance reports to operations leadership and track metrics.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for people programs and processes.
• Advocate for employees and empower managers to self-advocate.
• Analyze people data to identify trends and proactive solutions.
• Enforce policies with input from operations to ensure best practices.
• Help create a positive culture balancing efficiency and people programs.
• Implement employee engagement ideas with the 1P People team.
