Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience with full-cycle recruiting.
• Experience partnering with operational leaders.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned market.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for salaried and hourly roles in the market.
• Partner with leaders to develop workforce plans aligned with backlog and growth.
• Coach leaders on employee development and organizational change.
• Ensure a consistent onboarding experience for new hires.
• Support promotions, transfers, and succession planning.
• Coordinate employee transitions and offboarding.
• Champion company culture and employee engagement initiatives.
