Job summary

Willmeng Construction, Inc. is seeking a Regional People Operations Generalist to partner with local leadership and align with enterprise HR strategy. You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management across the assigned geographic market.

You will drive workforce planning, build talent pipelines, and mentor leaders on organizational development and change management, while ensuring compliant and engaging employee experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience with significant full-cycle recruiting responsibility.
• Demonstrated success recruiting professional, operational, and field positions in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience partnering directly with operational or business leaders.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned market.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance across the market.
• Partner with local leaders to implement workforce planning and development strategies.
• Coach leaders on employee development, leadership effectiveness, and organizational change.
• Ensure consistent onboarding experiences and manage promotions, transfers, and offboarding.
• Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
