Job summary

Midway Specialty Care Center seeks a Regional People Operations Generalist to serve as the primary People Operations partner for a multi-location region, driving employee relations, coaching managers, and overseeing lifecycle processes. This exempt role reports to the VP of People and offers a competitive salary with strong benefits.

Candidates should have 5+ years in HR/People Operations, a Bachelor's degree, and willingness to travel between locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR/People Operations experience.
• Experience supporting managers with employee relations, performance, documentation, leaves, and policy matters.
• Travel flexibility to cover multiple Midway locations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary People Operations partner for leaders, managers, and employees within an assigned region of about 10+ locations.
• Support employee relations matters including performance, attendance, corrective action, workplace concerns, documentation, and policy interpretation.
• Assist managers with on-boarding, documentation, and lifecycle events to ensure consistent application of People practices.
• Coordinate employee leaves and accommodations in partnership with managers and VP, People.
