Job summary

Apex Group Ltd seeks a Senior HR Business Partner to lead people initiatives across the North America region, working independently within a global HR team to advise on strategy, policy, and employee relations.

You will partner with senior stakeholders on organizational design, employment law, and talent planning while driving regional delivery of the people strategy and M&A integration. Four days in office are required, with a discretionary yearly bonus based on performance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of HR experience with a track record in senior stakeholder engagement.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations processes and employment legislation.
• Experience in organizational design, restructuring, and HR policy development.
• Familiarity with regional HR delivery and talent planning.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior stakeholders on strategic HR topics including restructuring and employee relations.
• Understand employment laws by state and country and ensure compliance.
• Lead regional delivery of the people strategy and lifecycle activities.
• Advise on hiring strategy and talent planning with Talent Acquisition partners.
• Coordinate change management and M&A integration activities.
