Job summary

Globalli is seeking a Regional Payroll Manager to oversee end-to-end payroll operations for the assigned region, ensuring compliance and scalability. The role partners with internal teams and external vendors to deliver a high-quality regional payroll experience aligned with Globalli's standards.

You will own regional payroll execution, become a platform expert, and collaborate across Sales, CS, Product, and Engineering to optimize operations and ensure accurate tax reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in multi-country payroll operations.
• Experience in startup/high-growth environments.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and escalations.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own regional payroll execution across assigned countries.
• Serve as regional subject matter expert for payroll processes.
• Become power user of Globalli platform; train teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Service, Product, and Engineering.
• Document results, test enhancements, ensure platform functions.
• Troubleshoot payroll and integration issues with stakeholders.
• Create and maintain SOPs and setup guides.
• Oversee new country and client payroll implementations.
• Year-end tax document submission (W-2s, 1099s, T4s, P60s).
