Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive payroll experience with supervisory or managerial duties.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Experience managing multi-state payroll and familiarity with regional tax compliance.
• Proficiency with payroll software and HRIS systems (Paylocity/ADP/Workday).
• CPP designation is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for regional locations with accuracy and timeliness.
• Reconcile General Ledger entries for weekly payrolls and month-end accruals.
• Review payroll transactions, adjustments, and reconciliations for accuracy.
• Prepare payroll reports and analytics for management decisions.
• Lead payroll system implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
• Develop and maintain payroll policies and controls for efficiency and security.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations to support compensation, benefits, and reporting.
• Manage vendor relationships with payroll providers, tax agencies, and third-party admins.
• Serve as regional point of contact for audits, inquiries, and escalations.
• Maintain compliance with wage and hour laws and reporting requirements.
