Quest Software Canada Inc is seeking a Regional Payroll Senior Advisor to oversee end-to-end payroll operations across multiple regions. You will ensure accurate wage calculations, tax withholdings, deductions and payroll journal entries while maintaining compliance with local regulations.

You will partner with HR, Finance, HRIS, Benefits, and People Operations to standardize processes and drive automation initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end payroll operations across a designated region (EMEA, APJ, or Americas).
• Manage relationships with outsourced payroll providers; ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Process and review payroll calculations including earnings, taxes, benefits and deductions.
• Oversee payroll reconciliations, reporting, audits, journals and funding activities.
• Ensure compliance with country-specific labor, tax and social insurance regulations.
• Maintain payroll process documentation, controls, SOPs and governance.
