Job summary

Bybit is seeking a P2P Regional Expert to own LATAM growth and day-to-day operations. You will lead a small regional team of Business Development managers, partner with local teams, and drive execution of the regional P2P strategy across Product, Risk, Compliance, Marketing, Community, and CS.

You will work under the Global P2P Ops & COE Lead, accountable for regional targets, merchant ecosystem development, product rollouts, and coordination across functions in a fast-paced crypto environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations, business development, or product operations.
• 2+ years of experience leading or coordinating small teams.
• Hands-on experience across multiple countries or markets.
• Strong understanding of operational workflows and project management.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English; additional regional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day P2P business performance across LATAM markets.
• Monitor regional OKRs and fraud patterns; propose data-driven improvements.
• Lead a small regional BD team; set targets and workflows.
• Drive merchant onboarding, relationships, and regional campaigns.
• Coordinate with Product, Risk, Compliance, Marketing, CS for go-to-market and rollout.
