Alexion Pharma Spain S.L. is seeking a Patient Education Manager in the North Central region (IL/IN/MN/WI/IA) to engage with NF1 and HPP patients, families and communities. You will develop regional engagement plans and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver education at scale.

The role requires empathetic communication, strong presentation skills, and the ability to travel extensively within the territory. A BA/BS is required, with advanced degrees welcomed.

Competenze

• Minimum of 4 years business experience in the healthcare industry.
• Experience engaging with patients and caregivers with rare/chronic conditions.
• Empathy for others with proven ability to listen well, connect meaningfully, and present complex information clearly.
• High initiative, solid work ethic, and accountability.
• Ability to travel 60-80% of time, including evenings and weekends.
• BA/BS degree required; advanced degree a plus.

Mansioni

• Develop regional patient engagement plan with the Patient Advocacy and brand marketing teams.
• Coordinate with Compliance, Legal, Marketing, Market Access, Medical, Patient Advocacy and others to execute outreach.
• Educate patients, caregivers and families via 1:1 meetings about NF1 and HPP disease state and treatment.
• Conduct in-person or virtual educational events at scale when possible.
• Educate offices on PEM role and OneSource via inservices with RAMS.
• Build a network of NF1 PN and HPP advocates through local events to identify needs and raise awareness.
• Deliver data-driven performance objectives and report progress to leadership.
