Alexion Pharmaceuticals seeks a NF1 PN and HPP Patient Education Manager to engage with NF1/HPP patient communities and educate patients and families about disease state and treatment options. You will lead 1:1 meetings, coordinate with cross-functional partners, and drive local educational events to raise awareness and empower patients.

You will collaborate with the Patient Advocacy team, build advocacy networks, and track program performance across a large geography with 60-80% travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years business experience in the healthcare industry.
• Experience engaging with patients and caregivers with rare/chronic conditions.
• Ability to present complex information clearly in 1:1 meetings.
• Willingness to travel 60-80% including evenings/weekends.
• BA/BS degree required; advanced degree a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop regional patient engagement plan with cross-functional partners.
• Coordinate with Compliance, Legal, Marketing, Medical and others to execute outreach.
• Educate patients and families via 1:1 meetings about NF1/HPP and Alexion programs.
• Conduct in-person or virtual educational events at scale when possible.
• Partner with RAMS to educate offices about PEM role and OneSource.
• Build a rare disease advocate network through local events.
• Track performance and report progress to leadership.
