Job summary

Alexion seeks a NF1 PNand HPP Patient Education Manager to engage with the NF1 and HPP patient community through 1:1 meetings and scalable education programs. You will partner with Advocacy teams to raise disease awareness and connect patients with support resources.

Travel will be 60-80% across IL, IN, MN, WI, IA; you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compliant, impactful education and programs for patients and families affected by NF1 and HPP.

Qualifications

• Experience engaging with patients and caregivers with rare/chronic conditions.
• Empathy and ability to present complex information clearly in 1:1 meetings.
• Excellent presentation skills to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional patient engagement plan with cross-functional partners.
• Coordinate with Compliance, Legal, Marketing, Medical, and Patient Advocacy teams to execute outreach.
• Educate patients and families about NF1 and HPP and Alexion programs.
• Conduct in-person or virtual educational events to scale education.
• Educate offices on PEM role and OneSource via inservices.
• Build a network of NF1 PN and HPP advocates through local events.
• Track progress and report year-to-date results to leadership.
