• Execute the territory strategic plan to support product access and reimbursement.
• Educate healthcare providers on payer coverage and changes affecting access.
• Resolve patient-level reimbursement issues with PHI knowledge.
• Coordinate with HUB and other departments on reimbursement challenges.
• Explain benefit design and coverage options to offices and payers.
