Job summary

Veritiv Corporation in Lakeland, FL seeks a Parts and Services Specialist to provide regional support for customers, sales and service personnel. You will handle scheduling, processing of service work, and procurement and order processing of parts to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities include entering part orders, maintaining pricing, responding to calls and emails, identifying part numbers, coordinating with vendors and third-party providers, and processing maintenance

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related job experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and adapt to changes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, plus diplomacy.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Source, purchase, and enter part orders.
• Maintain parts items and pricing in database to ensure accurate quotes.
• Manage phone and email responses for regional customers and technicians.
• Provide one touch service for equipment repair and parts inquiries.
• Verify customer details and equipment information to create accurate SV or FQ.
• Understand tech-facing processes for back orders and van stock.
• Advise on warranty claims processes for core vendors; assign for processing.
• Work with 3rd party service providers to assist customers.
• Process planned maintenance agreements.
• Process customer billings after parts orders or service work.
• Monitor regional team productivity metrics to ensure 24hr response and timely order management.
