Volvo Group is seeking a District Parts Manager to partner with Mack and Volvo dealerships, grow wholesale and retail parts sales, and strengthen dealer relationships. You will develop strategic plans, drive performance, and mentor dealer teams to improve customer experience.

The role requires 5+ years in heavy-duty trucks or related sales, frequent travel, and expertise with CRM and marketing tools to optimize opportunities and pricing in a dynamic market.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in the heavy-duty truck, automotive, or related industry.
• Previous transportation industry sales experience preferred.
• Frequent travel required (approximately 60%).

Responsabilidades

• Drive parts sales and market share through established sales processes.
• Utilize Volvo's CRM and other market tools to manage sales opportunities, pipelines, and customer interactions.
• Increase dealer utilization of PartsASIST, MAPP, Fleet Preferred, Ad Builder and other marketing tools.
• Authorize parts pricing adjustments to address competitive market conditions.
• Build strong partnerships with internal teams across Truck Sales, Service, Finance, Leasing, Used Trucks.
