Job summary

Mack Trucks is seeking a District Parts Manager to partner with Mack and Volvo dealerships, developing strategic business plans and strengthening dealer relationships to improve sales performance and customer experience.

You will drive parts sales growth, manage opportunities in CRM, and coach dealer teams while collaborating with internal groups across Truck Sales, Service, Finance, Leasing, and Used Trucks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in heavy-duty truck, automotive, or related sales
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities
• Travel up to 60% within the US

Responsibilities

• Grow wholesale and retail parts sales with Mack and Volvo dealerships.
• Develop strategic business plans and strengthen dealer relationships.
• Drive parts sales growth and improve customer experience through CRM and market tools.
• Coach Dealer OPS and Parts Managers in sales strategy, account segmentation, pricing, and operations.
