Job summary

Volvo Group is seeking a District Parts Manager (DPM) in the United States to partner with Mack and Volvo dealerships to grow wholesale and retail parts sales. You will craft strategic business plans, strengthen dealer relationships, and help dealers execute actions to improve sales performance and customer experience.

You will drive parts sales growth, manage CRM opportunities, and lead dealer teams through coaching on strategy, pricing, and operations, collaborating across Truck Sales,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in the heavy-duty truck, automotive, or related industry.
• Previous transportation industry sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow wholesale and retail parts sales with Mack and Volvo dealerships.
• Develop and execute strategic business plans with assigned dealerships.
• Use performance metrics and action plans to drive dealer results.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with Dealer Principals and leadership.
• Build relationships with Dealer Principals and department leaders to advise on business decisions.
• Resolve dealer and fleet issues while delivering optimal customer experience.
• Manage parts sales processes and CRM opportunities to increase market share.
• Utilize PartsASIST, MAPP, Fleet Preferred, Ad Builder and other tools.
• Authorize parts pricing adjustments in response to market conditions.
• Coach OPS and Parts Managers in sales strategy, opportunity management, and pricing.
• Collaborate with Truck Sales, Service, Finance, Leasing, Used Trucks teams to support dealer success.
