Job summary

ALLCPR is seeking a Regional Business Development Specialist to expand CPR training programs in assigned regions and international communities. You will identify local partners, support new training location development, and coordinate regional programs to promote community health and public safety.

This role involves partner onboarding, instructor recruitment, and collaboration with various internal teams to ensure program quality and impact across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or professional experience required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple regional initiatives.
• Comfort with independent work and meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Regional Partnership Development: identify and contact schools, clinics, businesses, nonprofits, and community centers.
• New Training Location Support: evaluate locations, coordinate timelines and readiness checks.
• Outreach and Reporting: track partnerships, meetings, locations, and regional impact; report progress.
