Job summary

ALLCPR, a nationwide CPR training network established by USJ Education Group, seeks a Regional Business Development Specialist to expand CPR programs across regions and international communities. The role focuses on identifying local partners, supporting new training locations, and coordinating programs to promote community health and emergency preparedness.

You will build relationships with schools, clinics, and businesses, onboard partners, and ensure adherence to training standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education or professional experience.
• Current students seeking CPT or OPT opportunities are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and project coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple regional projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Identify and contact schools, clinics, businesses, nonprofits, and centers.
• Introduce ALLCPR's training and partnership programs to partners.
• Support partner onboarding, orientation, and required documentation.
• Maintain relationships with local and international partner organizations.
• Assist with identifying and evaluating potential training locations.
• Coordinate site information, timelines, and readiness checks.
• Track contacts, meetings, partners, and regional progress.
• Prepare basic regional performance and community-impact reports.
• Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, Training Services, and QA teams.
