Job summary

Craniometrix is hiring a Partnerships Manager to own regional neurology practice partnerships across the US. You will drive the full sales cycle, from self-sourcing through closing, with ~70% virtual work and ~30% in-person meetings.

You will engage neurologists, practice owners, and administrators to sign partnerships and access patients and caregivers who need our dementia care navigation offerings. The role reports to the VP of Growth and collaborates with the Founding Growth Marketer.

Qualifications

• 2+ years carrying and hitting a quota in a full-cycle B2B closing role.
• Ability to sell to clinical and administrative buyers.
• Strong virtual and in-person selling capability.
• Highly organized and analytical, able to own a number and pipeline data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Familiarity with current sales tooling (CRM, sequencing).

Responsibilities

• Own Your Number: carry a quota for signed neurology practices and close.
• Sell Across Virtual and In Person: majority virtual, travel for in-person meetings.
• Navigate the Practice: map decision-making units and build multi-threaded relationships.
• Build the Motion With Us: feed field learnings into messaging and territory planning.
