Job summary

Better Together seeks a Partnership Manager to build relationships with churches, local donors, employers and other community partners across North Central Florida. You will research opportunities, craft outreach, and lead conversations to advance our mission.

The role requires strong sales, excellent communication, and a proactive, self-starting approach. You will report to the Regional Executive Director and collaborate with the strategic partnership team to expand impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma; associate degree preferred.
• Strong sales skills and excellent verbal/written communication.
• Self-starter who can research, prospect and close partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Research potential partners such as churches, donors and employers.
• Prospecting and closing partnerships with community organizations.
• Deliver presentations to generate new leads and opportunities.
• Network at events and maintain CRM records for leads and outcomes.
