Job summary

Better Together seeks a Partnership Manager to lead outreach, research, and relationship-building with churches, local donors, employers, and other community partners across Southwest Florida.

You will manage prospecting, presentations, and networking, close partnerships, and work with the strategic partnership team under the Regional Executive Director to advance the mission of Better Together.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma; associate degree preferred.
• Strong sales, research, prospecting and closing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; attention to detail.
• Willingness to work in Southwest Florida community and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Research potential churches, donors, employers and partners in the region.
• Manage local lead acquisition and convert leads into partnerships.
• Create marketing emails and close meetings with potential partners.
• Conduct community presentations and speak at church events.
• Network at events and follow up with leads within 24 hours.
