Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education sales or related field.
• 3+ years quota-carrying education or enterprise B2B sales experience with track record.
• Proficiency with HubSpot, forecasting tools, and Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational and multi-project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the MidAtlantic territory: NC, SC, TN, KY with expansion bookings.
• Source pipeline through outbound activity and cadence-based prospecting.
• Build relationships with district decision-makers and maintain 50+ districts.
• Deliver remote and on-site presentations tied to literacy outcomes and MTSS.
• Manage pricing, proposals, and contracting to close opportunities.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and provide weekly forecasts.
• Collaborate with pedagogy, marketing, and implementation teams.
