Really Great Reading is seeking a Regional Partner to drive national growth in K-12 education markets. You will own the Mountain West territory, build a robust pipeline, and close multi‑year contracts with school districts across eight states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in education sales or enterprise B2B sales.
• 3+ years of quota‑carrying education or enterprise B2B sales with a track record of annual quota attainment.

Responsibilities

• Own the Mountain West territory (UT, CO, NV, NM, AZ, MT, WY, ID) with revenue accountability.
• Maintain 2–3x pipeline coverage and exceed annual quota growth targets.
• Source 70% of pipeline via self‑generated outbound activity; target ~25 qualified meetings per month.
• Build and maintain relationships with district decision‑makers and key stakeholders.
• Deliver compelling presentations remotely, at client sites, and at events; align with literacy metrics and funding.
• Handle pricing, proposals, and contracting; progress opportunities through formal stages to close.
• Maintain CRM (HubSpot) accuracy and produce weekly sales forecasts.
• Collaborate with pedagogy, marketing, and implementation teams to close complex deals.
• Travel up to 50% within the territory for client visits and events.
