Really Great Reading is seeking a Regional Partner to drive national growth in the MidAtlantic and connect school districts with our literacy solutions.

As a quota-carrying leader, you will own NC, SC, TN, and KY, develop district relationships, build a robust pipeline, and lead strategic deals from outreach to contracting, with travel up to 50%. This fully remote role promises autonomy, performance incentives, and a supportive, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in selling in the education field.
• 3+ years of quota-carrying education or enterprise B2B sales experience with a documented record of annual quota attainment success.
• Expertise with HubSpot, forecasting tools, structured deal management, and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Own the MidAtlantic territory and quarterly quota targets.
• Generate pipeline via outbound activity and ~25 qualified meetings per month.
• Build relationships with district decision-makers and manage 50 Strategic Districts.
• Deliver remote and on-site presentations and close deals.
