Really Great Reading is seeking a Regional Partner - MidAtlantic to drive annual bookings and own the territory across NC, SC, TN, and KY. You will develop new district relationships, expand existing accounts, and build a robust pipeline for growth.

This quota-carrying role emphasizes outbound pipeline, high-performing partnerships, and strategic district engagement. The position is fully remote with travel up to 50% to districts and events, focusing on literacy outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in selling in the education field.
• 3+ years of quota-carrying education or enterprise B2B sales experience with a documented record of annual quota attainment success.
• Expertise with HubSpot, forecasting tools, structured deal management, and Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Own the MidAtlantic territory across NC, SC, TN, and KY with direct accountability for new and expansion bookings.
• Generate pipeline through structured prospecting cadences and maintain 2-3x pipeline coverage.
• Build and maintain relationships with district decision-makers and close complex instructional deals.
• Deliver compelling presentations and position products to district literacy metrics and MTSS outcomes.
• Manage pricing, procurement, proposals, and contracting to achieve targets.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and deliver weekly forecasts and stage progression.
• Collaborate with pedagogy, marketing, and implementation teams for seamless handoffs.
• Travel up to 50% within the territory.
