Role Overview
As a Regional Partner Manager, MSP, you will be responsible for recruiting, developing, and maintaining strong relationships with MSP partners to expand LastPass’s reach and adoption through these channels. This involves strategizing and executing partnership programs, providing training and support to MSPs on LastPass offerings, and ensuring partners have the resources they need to succeed.

Who will you work with?
You will report directly to the Global MSP Director and collaborate closely with the MSP sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve program objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Implement strategies to recruit, onboard, and retain MSP partners, ensuring continuous growth.
  2. Train and enable MSP partners to effectively sell and support LastPass.
  3. Collaborate with sales and marketing to create co-marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
  4. Stay informed on market trends and customer needs to adapt partnership strategies.
  5. Represent LastPass at trade shows and events, engaging with current and prospective partners.

Qualifications

  • Experience in channel sales or business development, ideally within cybersecurity, SaaS, or MSP ecosystem.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity principles, especially related to password management and identity protection. Familiarity with LastPass is a plus.
  • Ability to navigate the MSP business model.
  • Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • Analytical skills for assessing partner performance and market trends.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel for trade shows, conferences, and partner meetings.

Preferred but not required: Existing relationships within the MSP community.

Compensation
US Pay Range: $76,000—$90,000 USD plus commission, based on market location, experience, and skills.
