TRUE Community Credit Union is seeking a Full-Time Member Advisor II at our Brooklyn Branch to assist members with deposits, loans, and financial guidance. You will deliver outstanding service, process transactions, and promote products that align with members’ goals.

The role emphasizes building trust, educating on account security, and navigating multiple systems to enhance the member experience. A high school diploma or GED is required with 2+ years in a financial setting preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a financial institution preferred.
• Strong member service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate multiple systems and software applications efficiently.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Lending, account opening, and sales experience preferred.

Member Advisor II

TRUE Community Credit Union is looking for a Full-Time Member Advisor II to join our team at our Brooklyn Branch.

As a Member Advisor II, you'll help members navigate financial decisions, celebrate milestones, and find solutions that support their goals. Every interaction is an opportunity to build trust, strengthen relationships, and create a positive member experience.

Pay & Benefits

Starting at $18.00/hour (or more depending on experience)

Schedule

Approximately 40 hours per week, including:

• Monday through Friday shifts beginning as early as 8:00 a.m. and ending as late as 5:15 p.m.
• 2 to 3 Saturdays per month from 8:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m.
